Getting started
How do I create my account?
Creating an account on Voyages Planner is simple, free, with no commitment and no credit card required:

Once your account is created, you can immediately start exploring the platform with the Discovery plan.

How do I get started with Voyages Planner?
To start off right with Voyages Planner, follow these three simple steps:
1️⃣ Customize your account: Go to the “Profile” menu, then “Settings” to set up your information and branding.
2️⃣ Create a test trip: Create a trip on your own account via the “Admin” menu to test the final display of the mobile application.
3️⃣ Add a client: Add a client and invite them to view their travel book to see the platform in action.
How do I download the mobile application?
Voyages Planner is a web application, accessible from any browser on a computer, tablet, or mobile device. You can add it to your home screen for quick access and the best experience.
Instructions to add Voyages Planner to your home screen:

Subscriptions and pricing
What does the free Voyages Planner plan include?
The free plan includes:
- Trip creation: 2 unique trips for your clients.
- Created trips remain accessible, editable, and usable even after reaching the quota.
- Client access: Each travel book can be shared with the main client and 1 companion.
- Content library: Up to 5 saved content templates.

The trips remain accessible to your clients even after creation.
If you need more features or want to manage more clients, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
What does the Standard plan include?
The Standard plan includes:
- Trip creation: 2 new trips created each month for your clients (quota resets on your subscription date and time), up to 24 per year.
- Created trips remain accessible, editable, and usable even after reaching the monthly quota.
- Client access: Each trip can be shared with the main client and up to 4 companions.
- Content library: Up to 20 saved content templates.
💡 This plan is ideal for travel planners who are starting to build a regular client base.
What does the Premium plan include?
The Premium plan includes:
- Trip creation: Unlimited for your clients.
- Client access: Each trip can be shared with the main client and up to 49 companions.
- Content library: Up to 200 saved content templates.
💡 This plan offers total flexibility to manage an unlimited number of trips and support a large volume of clients.
Will the free plan always remain free?
Yes, the free plan will always remain free. It includes:
- Trip creation: 2 unique trips.
- Client access: Each trip can be shared with the main client and 1 companion.
- Content library: 5 saved content templates.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time via your admin account.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will automatically revert to the free plan.
- Your clients will retain access to their existing travel books.
- You can resubscribe at any time to create new trips or access additional features.
Is there a referral program?
Yes, Voyages Planner offers a referral program. 🎉
By referring your friends, both you and your referral receive one free month as soon as the referral subscribes to a paid plan (Standard or Premium).
How does it work?
1️⃣ Share: Send your referral link, available in the “Profile” > “Referral” tab.
2️⃣ Enjoy: Once your referral subscribes, you both unlock one free month.
Referral benefits:

Usage and quotas
Can I delete a client or a trip to free up space in my quota?
No, once a trip has been created for a client, it counts toward your quota, even if you delete it.
- Free plan: Subscribe to a paid plan to create new trips.
- Standard plan: Wait for your quota to reset on your subscription date and time.
- Premium plan: No limitations – you can create unlimited trips for your clients.
I'm on the Standard plan and have already created 2 client trips this month. Can I delete one to create a new one?
No, once you’ve reached the limit of 2 trips created per month, you must wait for your quota to reset on your subscription date and time.
However, you can still edit or view your existing trips at any time.
What does "2 trips created each month" mean in the Standard plan?
This means you can create up to 2 new trips each month (based on a 30-day period from your subscription date and time).
The trips you create remain active and editable even after you’ve reached your monthly quota.
Can I edit the trips I created under the Standard or Premium plan if I switch back to the free plan?
Yes, you can still view and edit the trips you created, even if you return to the free plan.
However, to create new trips or access paid features, you will need to subscribe to an appropriate plan.
Features and customization
What is client access?
Client access allows you to assign a unique user account to each of your clients.
This account gives them access to their online travel books, where they can view details of upcoming trips and the history of past trips.
What is admin access?
Admin access is your main interface for managing the platform.
It allows you to create and edit travel books, manage client access, and organize all information related to your clients’ trips.
How can I customize the client experience?
Voyages Planner offers advanced customization options to reflect your brand identity. You can personalize:
- Your company logo
- Your brand’s primary color
- The welcome message for your clients
- Banner images for desktop, tablet, and mobile versions

Can I personalize the travel book for each client?
Yes, each travel book is fully customizable!
You can tailor the content to your client’s needs:
- Day-by-day itinerary using a simple, intuitive editor (text, images, links, emojis, and custom layout)
- Custom fields in all sections (trip, accommodations, destinations) to add personalized information
- Visual identity: logo, banner, welcome message, and your brand’s main color
How do I install the app on my mobile or tablet?
Voyages Planner is a web application that can be installed on your mobile or tablet for quick and convenient access. Here’s how:
From a mobile device or tablet:
- Open the Voyages Planner website in your device’s browser (Safari or Chrome).
- On Android: Tap the “⋮” menu (options) at the top right, then select “Add to Home Screen”.
- On iOS: Tap the share icon (a rectangle with an arrow), then select “Add to Home Screen”.
Using a QR Code:
- Scan the provided QR Code to open the app in your browser.
- Follow the steps above to add it to your home screen.
💡 Once installed, the app will be accessible directly from your home screen, just like a native app.
How can my clients access their travel book?
Once the travel book is set up, go to the “Admin Interface” menu.
Next to your client’s name, click the “…” button, then select “Send access email”.
📩 The client will automatically receive an email with a link to view their travel book from a computer, tablet, or mobile device.
Can I use a Google Maps link to share points of interest?
Yes, absolutely.
You can integrate a Google Maps link in two ways:
- In the trip settings: It will be accessible to your clients via the “My Trip” menu.
- In a custom field: Add it wherever you want in the travel book (itinerary, accommodation, destination, etc.).
📍 This allows your clients to easily locate recommended places and get directions with a single click.
Security and privacy
Are my data shared with other users?
No. Your data is strictly personal and tied to your account.
You decide what information to share with your clients.
Are my personal data sold or transferred to third parties?
No. Your personal data are neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
We respect your privacy and guarantee the confidentiality of all information you share with us.
How is my data secured on Voyages Planner?
We take the security of your data very seriously.
All information is securely stored.
We do not store passwords or credit card payment information.
